Overview
RYZE is on a mission to disrupt the wellness world, and our marketplace presence plays a massive role in that journey. We're looking for a Sr. Manager, Digital Marketplace to take the reins of our Amazon and third-party marketplace strategy. You’ll lead the channel like it’s your business, with support from a strategist and agency, but full ownership of performance. This role sits at the intersection of growth, brand, and execution, ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy and impact.
What You’ll Own
Strategic Marketplace Ownership
- Lead strategy, planning, and execution across Amazon and other emerging marketplaces
- Build and refine playbooks for product launches, pricing, promotions, and expansion
- Own topline channel growth and contribution margin goals, and hit them
Team + Partner Oversight
- Manage and mentor a Digital Marketplace Strategist focused on execution and data
- Lead our marketplace agency relationship, holding them accountable to performance targets, creative quality, and proactive optimizations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Ops, Finance, and Tech to align channel needs and timelines
Performance Optimization
- Drive improvements across ACOS, ROAS, TACOS, revenue per SKU, and profit margin
- Own and optimize ad spend strategy with support from internal and agency partners
- Develop a testing roadmap to improve product pages, creative, and customer conversion
Channel Enablement & Brand Integrity
- Ensure every listing reflects the RYZE brand, clean, credible, and conversion-friendly
- Maintain MAP compliance and enforce listing hygiene across platforms
- Resolve listing issues, counterfeit claims, and other channel risks quickly and effectively
Reporting & Marketplace Health
- Build performance dashboards and reporting flows across sales, advertising, margin, and growth KPIs
- Deliver actionable insights to founders with a proactive mindset
- Partner with Finance and Ops to forecast demand and align inventory planning
What You Bring
- 5-7 years of experience managing digital marketplaces, especially Amazon and Target+, in a fast-paced CPG or eCommerce environment
- Proven success leading performance marketing strategy and managing internal/external teams
- Fluency with Amazon Seller Central, ad platforms (DSP), and performance analytics tools
- Comfortable managing agency partners and cross-functional alignment without layers of bureaucracy
- Strong data acumen and experience creating reporting systems and action plans
- Player-coach mentality: You’re just as comfortable presenting strategy as you are fixing a product detail page
Compensation
- Base Salary Range: $110,000 – $130,000 (W2, US-Remote)
- Bonus Opportunity: Up to 20% based on performance and growth metrics
