Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Retention/Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our retention efforts and will play a key role in building and executing strategies to enhance subscriber retention, develop our loyalty program, and increase referrals and word-of-mouth marketing.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of retention marketing strategies to increase subscriber retention, build a loyalty program, and drive referrals and word-of-mouth marketing.
- Design, implement, and optimize lifecycle marketing campaigns across various channels to engage and retain customers.
- Analyze customer data and behavior to identify opportunities for improving retention and loyalty.
- Develop and maintain detailed customer journey maps to ensure a seamless and engaging customer experience.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and customer service to ensure alignment and execution of retention strategies.
- Monitor and report on the performance of retention initiative, providing insights and recommendations for our continuous improvement.
- Build and lead a team of retention marketing specialists as needed, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Education and Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in retention marketing, lifecycle marketing, or a similar role, preferably in DTC/E-commerce brands.
- Proficiency in e-commerce marketing tools such as Klaviyo, Peel Insights, Recharge, and Google Analytics.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Deep understanding of retention marketing strategies and tactics, including loyalty programs, referral marketing, and customer journey mapping.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to build and lead a team of marketing specialists.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and platforms.
