Job Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development, training, and fine-tuning of generative AI models to push the boundaries of what’s possible with AI-driven tools and applications. You’ll work on the cutting edge of model customization using techniques like LoRA and frameworks such as LangGraph, building scalable solutions that power real-world experiences. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype, deploy, and optimize models for performance and reliability.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and fine-tune generative AI models using PyTorch and other ML frameworks.
Apply LoRA (Low-Rank Adaptation) for efficient model fine-tuning and scaling.
Build and maintain workflows using LangGraph for model orchestration and data pipeline integration.
Conduct experiments to evaluate model performance, identify weaknesses, and implement improvements.

Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in generative AI and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to deploy models in production environments.
Document processes, architecture, and code for clarity and long-term maintenance.

Education and Experience:

3+ years of experience in machine learning, with a strong emphasis on generative models and deep learning.
Proven experience with PyTorch for training and fine-tuning large-scale models.
Hands-on experience with LoRA or other parameter-efficient fine-tuning techniques.
Familiarity with LangGraph or similar AI workflow orchestration frameworks.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Deep understanding of model architectures including transformers, diffusion models, and large language models (LLMs).
Strong software engineering skills with Python; experience in code optimization and GPU acceleration.
Ability to manage and preprocess large datasets for training and evaluation.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
