We are seeking a Quality Analyst/Creative Strategist to ensure the accuracy and consistency of our ads. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, ambitious, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. As a Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing and providing feedback on all ads, ensuring they meet the company's creative and technical standards.
Responsibilities:
- Ad Review: Thoroughly review all ads to ensure they align with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and technical quality.
- Provide Feedback: Deliver clear, constructive feedback to editors for improving content, grammar, and overall quality.
- Maintain Consistency: Ensure consistency in messaging and style across all ads.
- Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with editors and other team members to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Platform Knowledge: Apply your understanding of Facebook ad requirements and paid advertising principles to the review process.
- Use of Tools: Effectively use tools such as Notion and Slack for tracking and managing tasks.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and verify the quality of video and audio elements, checking for errors or inconsistencies.
Requirements:
- Fluent English Speaker: Excellent command of the English language, with strong writing and editing skills. This is a MUST.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to catch errors and inconsistencies in ads quickly.
- Team Player: Comfortable working in a team environment and collaborating on projects.
- Ambitious and Proactive: Eager to take initiative, contribute to improving team processes, and able to work efficiently while meeting review deadlines in a fast-paced, high-output environment.
- Strong Knowledge of Facebook and Paid Ads Principles: Understanding of best practices for Facebook ads and general paid advertising strategies.
- Experience with Notion, Slack, Reviewing platforms: Familiarity with these tools for project management and communication is preferred.
- Strong creative judgment: Ability to assess whether an ad is visually engaging, on-brand, and compelling to the target audience.
Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Have):
- Experience working with video editing teams or creative production workflows.
- Understanding of ad compliance guidelines (especially for platforms like Meta/Facebook).
- Familiarity with creative testing frameworks, including A/B testing and key performance metrics like CTR, CVR, and hook rate.
Work Hours & Flexibility:
This is a remote, full-time role, with an expected commitment of 40 hours per week. While the schedule is flexible, consistent availability and timely communication are essential to ensure smooth workflow and collaboration across the team.This is a remote position.
