Director of Customer Experience

Job Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for amplifying the voice of RYZE Superfoods customers across all levels of the organization. By analyzing feedback, identifying patterns, and representing customer needs, you will drive initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and fuel the continuous improvement of our products and services. Your insights will ensure that customer feedback shapes our decisions, aligning with the RYZE mission of helping individuals achieve their greatest potential.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer feedback from various sources (e.g., surveys, reviews, support interactions) to identify key themes and areas for improvement. 
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer experience teams to ensure customer insights are integrated into business decisions. 
• Create and present customer-centric reports, including actionable recommendations. 
• Advocate for customers by maintaining a pulse on their evolving needs and expectations. 
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop strategies and initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. 
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented changes inspired by customer insights. 

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 
• 10+ years of experience in customer insights, customer service, or a related field. 
• Experience with data analysis tools and customer feedback platforms is a plus.
