Learning Experience Designer, Enterprise
Job Summary
The Learning Experience Designer, Enterprise will design and run learning experiences for leadership development, professional development, and enterprise onboarding. This role ensures RYZE team members—from new hires to seasoned leaders—are equipped to live our Mission, Vision, Core Values, and Team Behaviors from day one and beyond.

Duties and Responsibilities
Design & deliver leadership programs that develop confident, values-driven leaders.
Build professional development experiences that support upskilling, growth, and stretch opportunities.
Lead the design and refresh of enterprise onboarding to set every new hire up for success.
Manage programs end-to-end, from needs analysis to launch to impact measurement.
Partner with leaders across the business to align learning with real-world priorities.

Education & Experience
Adult Education Certification, User Experience Design Certification, or equivalent experience.
5+ years designing and delivering Talent learning programs with a focus on leadership, onboarding, and professional development.
Proven track record managing projects from concept to completion in high-growth or fast-paced environments.
Skilled in blended learning methods (virtual facilitation, digital learning, on-the-job experiences).
Bonus: Experience working in enterprise environments with cross-functional stakeholders.
Skills & Abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized; able to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Articulate Suite.
Strong understanding of Learning Management Systems (Workday LMS experience a plus).
