Job Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing purchase orders (PO’s) and delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfillment within a one-month window. You will review, confirm, and update POs for accuracy, coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, and proactively address any delays to maintain smooth operations.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Manage purchase orders (POs) and ensure deliveries are scheduled within the designated timeframe. 
  • Review POs for accuracy, confirm details with suppliers, and update as necessary. 
  • Communicate with internal teams and external warehouses regarding the status of POs. 
  • Escalate any delays or issues to ensure timely resolution. 
  • Establish and maintain a structured daily, weekly, and monthly cadence to support an efficient month-end close process. 
 

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred. 
  • 2+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations. 
  • Experience working with suppliers and logistics partners is a plus. 
 

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing purchase orders. 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple POs and deadlines. 
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with suppliers, warehouses, and internal teams. 
  • Ability to proactively identify and resolve issues related to PO processing and delivery schedules.
