Job Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing purchase orders (PO’s) and delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfillment within a one-month window. You will review, confirm, and update POs for accuracy, coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, and proactively address any delays to maintain smooth operations.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage purchase orders (POs) and ensure deliveries are scheduled within the designated timeframe.
- Review POs for accuracy, confirm details with suppliers, and update as necessary.
- Communicate with internal teams and external warehouses regarding the status of POs.
- Escalate any delays or issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Establish and maintain a structured daily, weekly, and monthly cadence to support an efficient month-end close process.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
- Experience working with suppliers and logistics partners is a plus.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing purchase orders.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple POs and deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with suppliers, warehouses, and internal teams.
- Ability to proactively identify and resolve issues related to PO processing and delivery schedules.
