About the Role

RYZE is seeking a dynamic and brand-obsessed Shopper Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategies that drive consumer engagement and conversion across all points of purchase. In this role, you’ll be at the intersection of brand, retail, and consumer behavior—owning the development of best-in-class shopper marketing initiatives as RYZE expands into retail.

You’ll partner closely with the Brand, Retail, and Sales teams to activate campaigns across digital, in-store, and omnichannel environments. Your work will bring the RYZE brand to life at the shelf and online, inspiring trial and building long-term loyalty in both our DTC and retail channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated shopper marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and DTC touchpoints
  • Partner with Retail and Sales teams to support launch planning, in-store activations, and sell-through strategies
  • Translate brand positioning into compelling customer-facing messaging at the point of purchase
  • Own creation of in-store displays, digital banners, retailer ads, and co-branded activations with partners
  • Work with data and consumer insights to optimize shopper journeys and improve conversion
  • Collaborate with Creative and Content teams to ensure messaging is aligned across channels
  • Establish strong relationships with key retail partners, brokers, and internal stakeholders
  • Manage marketing calendars, timelines, and campaign budgets
  • Track, measure, and report performance of shopper marketing initiatives across retail and DTC

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is required.

  • 5–8+ years of experience in shopper marketing, brand management, or trade marketing
  • Background in CPG and familiarity with omnichannel shopper behavior
  • Experience launching marketing campaigns in retail environments (e.g., Whole Foods, Sprouts, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of DTC-to-retail brand expansion and merchandising principles
  • Exceptional communication, project management, and stakeholder alignment skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally with creative, brand, and sales teams
