About the Role
RYZE is seeking a detail-oriented and service-minded HR Shared Services Associate to support our People Operations team. This entry-level role will play a key part in maintaining smooth and efficient HR processes across the employee lifecycle. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day HR administrative tasks, employee support, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the onboarding and offboarding process, including documentation, system access, and equipment logistics
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and other internal systems
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and general HR procedures
- Assist with benefits administration including enrollments, changes, and terminations
- Prepare employment verification letters, reports, and other employee documentation
- Support payroll processing through data entry and audit checks
- Help coordinate training sessions, company events, and HR communications
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local HR regulations and internal policies
- Collaborate with People Ops and Talent teams to support cross-functional HR projects
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR support, customer service, or administrative roles
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and document management tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Customer service mindset and willingness to help wherever needed
