About the Role

RYZE is looking for a highly organized and collaborative Brand Project Manager to lead the execution of cross-functional marketing and brand initiatives. This role will be central to ensuring smooth coordination and on-time delivery of high-impact campaigns, product launches, and packaging initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings proven experience in CPG, retail, or wellness brands and thrives in fast-paced environments with many moving pieces. You’ll work closely with our Brand, Creative, Ops, and Customer Experience teams to keep all projects on track, from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the marketing calendar to ensure all key deadlines—particularly those tied to manufacturing and campaign launches—are consistently met
  • Serve as the primary liaison among marketing, creative, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless coordination and project execution
  • Lead weekly team meetings and project check-ins to drive accountability and maintain momentum across all deliverables
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor key milestones and ensure alignment with project timelines
  • Proactively track project progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement solutions to keep initiatives on schedule
  • Deliver regular updates and comprehensive status reports to stakeholders, maintaining transparency and alignment
  • Oversee the development and execution of product packaging and inserts to elevate the customer experience
  • Source and coordinate gifts to support customer retention strategies and new promotional offers
  • Manage timelines for new product launches to ensure timely and successful execution
  • Lead large-scale brand initiatives that align with RYZE’s overarching mission and vision

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is required.

  • 3–6 years of experience in project management or marketing operations, preferably within a CPG, retail, or wellness brand
  • Fluency in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines effectively
  • Understanding of retail and DTC go-to-market workflows is a plus

What You'll Bring to RYZE

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, capable of managing numerous moving parts simultaneously
  • Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and time zones
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to implement effective solutions under tight deadlines
  • Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring alignment with overall objectives while tracking daily tasks.
